Bald Cypress Lodge
The Bald Cypress Lodge is a proposed preconstruction development by Joe Raley Builders. As part of the Bama Bayou development, located off the Foley Beach Express, this 440 unit complex is designed to overlook a world-class water park named Bayou Beach. Gulf World’s Paradise Resort
Gulf World’s Paradise Resort is currently under construction at Bama Bayou in Orange Beach, Alabama. Joe Raley Builders is the Developer and General Contractor for the one-of-a-kind Resort. Upon Completion Gulf World’s Paradise Resort will be the only condo in the country located inside a marine park. With only 24 units, this complex is very unique. Gulf World, Panama City Beach, FL
A 238 unit preconstruction complex with approximately 20,000 +/- gross square feet of meeting space is planned for Panama City Beach, Florida, one of the nation’s premier vacation destinations. The complex would be located on the current Gulf World Marine Park site which is north of Front Beach Road and across the street from the pristine, white sand beaches in Panama City Beach. In addition to the 238 units and meeting space, plans also call for a small restaurant, swimming pool, a fitness room and business center. Guests of the proposed complex would have easy access to Gulf World Marine Park, a popular tourist destination for over 30 years. Joe Raley Builders is the developer of this proposed complex.
Oceania Condominium
In 2006, Joe Raley Builders, serving as the Developer and General Contractor, completed the company’s most luxurious beach front condo to date named Oceania. Located on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama, this 14 unit high-rise complex features only one unit per floor. Preconstruction, these condo units originally sold for 1.2 to 2 million dollars in 2004. Each unit is nearly 4,000 +/- square feet heated/cooled with an additional 800 +/- square feet of balconies and includes four bedrooms and four and a half baths. Unit features include a private elevator entrance and lots of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Verana Casa
Verana Casa, a luxurious high rise condominium, is a preconstruction condo planned for Gulf Shores, Alabama. This upscale condo, located off West Beach Boulevard, would overlook 100 feet of sugar white beaches. In the early 1980’s, Joe Raley Builders constructed Island Shores Condominium in Gulf Shores. According to Mr. Joe Raley, Island Shores was one of the first condominiums ever built on the island.
